d. Bidding

2. Supplier evaluation & Management
3. Relevant industry experience - similar ERP / Procurements tools preferred
4. Understanding critical elements of Rfx processes
Good to have knowledge on YB/ Lean concepts (Optional)
List of responsibilities / activities specific to this role
• Perform Quality audits and validations on SOWs/Amendments/MSAs to measure accuracy identifying errors and closure of transaction in specified timelines.
• Decisive in RCA and in tracing responsibility
• Determine the follow up requirements and mode of follow up




• Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement
• Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams discussing process updates and process gaps
• Must understand Business Impact of errors downstream
• Clear written & oral communication skills with internal customers.
• Provide real time improvement feedback to associates on the audit findings
• Lead and participate in Quality huddles to share key updates and improvement recommendations
• Participate in calibration sessions with other SMEs and Client SME.
• Suggest and implement improvement opportunities to enhance the process accuracy and user experience
