Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIS professional to manage large volumes of data, perform data analysis, and prepare accurate and timely MIS reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Advanced Excel, data management, and reporting, with a focus on ensuring data accuracy, analysing business performance, and providing meaningful insights to support decision-making.

What Would You Be Doing?

- Manage, analyse, and maintain large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Use Advanced Excel functions to process, consolidate, and analyse complex datasets.
- Develop and maintain reports to track business performance, KPIs, and operational metrics.




- Identify data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, validate, and consolidate data.
- Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports and maintain proper documentation.

Who Are We Looking For?

- 4 - 8 years of experience in MIS, data management, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel and managing large volumes of data.
- Excellent skills in data analysis, data consolidation, and MIS report preparation.
- Experience in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of Excel functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and complex formulas.
- Ability to identify data discrepancies, ensure data accuracy, and improve reporting processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Any graduate with good communication and coordination skills.
