Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts for Bancassurance business, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through cross-selling life insurance products to bank customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in the bancassurance segment.
Job Requirements :
- 1.5-5 years of experience in banca sales, bancassurance sales, or related field.
- Robust understanding of life insurance industry and its dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
