Role & Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Share package details, itineraries, quotations, and hotel information.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with the internal operations team for smooth booking execution.
- Maintain enquiry and booking details in the company system.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Fluent in Tamil and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Comfortable making calls and handling customer follow-ups.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Travel industry or sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and interest in travel can also apply.
- Should be target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
