Customer Support Executive (UK Banking & US Telecom)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset. (JustCall)

Qualifications

- Graduates fresher / UG freshers can also apply
- Minimum 1 years of experience in customer support or customer service .

Work location : Bangalore

Shift : UK /US shift (5 days work)

CTC : 3.5 to 6.6LPA

Both way cab will be provided

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Process customer orders, returns, refunds, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.




- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Meet service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets. (Indeed)
