Job Description

4-star resort, is looking for experienced HR professionals to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, workforce planning, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality HR and be comfortable managing both frontline manpower and day-to-day HR activities.

Experience Required

HR Manager: 3 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, and other hotel departments.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning, hiring requirements, and timely closures.
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime, incentives, deductions, and full & final settlements.
- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, retention, disciplinary matters, and exit interviews.
- Coordinate employee induction, grooming, guest service, hygiene, and workplace training.
- Ensure applicable labour law and statutory compliance, including EPF, ESI,



professional tax, and POSH requirements, wherever applicable.
- Prepare HR MIS reports covering headcount, attrition, absenteeism, overtime, recruitment, and manpower costs.
- Coordinate frontline and blue-collar hiring, employee accommodation, meals, uniforms, and welfare activities, wherever applicable.
- Work closely with management and department heads to ensure smooth HR operations and adequate staffing during peak occupancy and events.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred, especially for the HR Manager position.
- Relevant experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, or service-sector HR.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and labour law compliance.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, HR MIS, attendance systems, and HRMS/payroll tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
