Job Description:

We are looking for a agile Business Development Manager to drive corporate client acquisition and expand our staffing and HR outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across manufacturing, logistics, IT/ITES, FMCG, retail, and other industries.
- Generate leads and build relationships with HR Heads and key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings and prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate service charges, payment terms, and contracts.
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and client acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and compliance teams.
- Develop existing accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
