Job Responsibilities
1. Evaluate and assess Loan Against Property (LAP) applications.
2. Analyze applicants' financial statements, income documents, banking records, and credit history.
3. Assess repayment capacity and identify potential credit risks.
4. Review property valuation reports, title documents, and legal reports.
5. Conduct credit underwriting and recommend loan approvals based on company policies.
6. Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
7. Coordinate with sales, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
8. Maintain turnaround time (TAT) while ensuring quality credit decisions.
9. Monitor portfolio quality and minimize credit risks.
