Senior Manager – HR Business Partner

Location: Bengaluru | Work from office

Compensation: ₹27–32 LPA base · Up to ₹45 LPA total compensation

About the role

You will be the strategic people partner to the founders and senior leadership, building the HR foundations of a rapid-scaling company.

What you'll do

- Partner with founders and business leaders on people strategy, org design and workforce planning.

- Build HR policies, SOPs and standard processes across the employee lifecycle.

- Design performance management, and drive talent development, succession and leadership development.

- Own employee relations, grievance handling, engagement and change management.

- Set up HR dashboards and people analytics, and ensure statutory and employment-law compliance.





What we're looking for

- 10–15 years in HR, with substantial HR business partnering and organisation development experience.

- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant postgraduate qualification.

- Currently in an HRBP, Senior HRBP or Lead HRBP role, or equivalent.

- Experience building HR policies and frameworks from scratch, ideally at a startup or scale-up.

- Experience partnering with founders, CXOs or senior leadership.
