Zome India is looking for a responsible for managing and overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order processing, dispatch, and distribution. The role ensures efficient utilization of warehouse space, accurate inventory records, timely material movement, cost control, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Keys roles and responsibilities

- Warehouse Operations : Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and finished goods, Maintain effective warehouse layouts and space utilization, Ensure timely inward and outward movement of materials.
- Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation, Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials, Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.




- Inward and Outward Management : Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents, Ensure proper documentation of goods received and dispatched, Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery, Verify packing lists, delivery challans, and other dispatch documents.
- Team Management: Supervise warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, operators, and helpers, Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor team performance, Conduct training on warehouse procedures, safety, and material handling, Maintain discipline and productivity within the warehouse team.
- Required Experience & Skills : Minimum 3–5 years experience in a warehouse supervisory, Experience in handling warehouse teams and large-scale inventory operations.
