Protosys Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage human resources and general administration at our manufacturing facility in Vasai East. The role covers a workforce of around 70 people (approx. 50 shop-floor workers and 20 executives) and reports directly to the Director.

HR Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment – posting jobs, shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews
- Manage onboarding, induction and exit formalities for employees and workers
- Maintain employee records, attendance and leave management system Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)
- Monitor contract labour documentation and biometric attendance Support employee engagement, grievance redressal and HR policy implementation
- Handle employee grievances and act as the first point of contact for workplace conflicts, including disputes between team members and between supervisors and their teams

Admin Responsibilities:

- Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, housekeeping and facility upkeep
- Organise company events, trainings and internal meetings.
- Maintain security registers, visitor logs and general admin systems

Key Skills & Attributes:





- Positive understanding of HR and labour laws applicable to manufacturing companies.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR software.
- Strong coordination, communication and time management skills.
- Organised, trustworthy and detail-oriented.
- Fluency in Hindi/Marathi; English is an added advantage

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com / BMS / BBA / BA); MBA/PG in HR preferred
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin in a manufacturing or industrial setup

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Sunday off
- Reporting To: Director

Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
