1. Sales Strategy & Market Share Growth

- Achieve defined monthly and annual sales volume targets for Heavy & Light Commercial Vehicles.
- Formulate conversion and penetration plans by mapping sub-territories by segment and vehicle application (e.g., tippers, haulage, construction, logistics).
- Conduct accurate sales forecasting for the existing range of commercial vehicles and incoming product variations.

2. Corporate & Fleet Account Acquisition

- Directly identify, engage, and manage strategic relationships with large fleet owners, key transport corporations, and infrastructure companies.
- Design and negotiate complex group vehicle deals by aligning corporate requirements with institutional terms.
- Map and consult with industry influencers, transport associations, and stakeholders to cultivate brand advocacy.

3. Dealer Network Management & Capability Building

- Direct, train, and motivate the dealer sales teams to maximize secondary network reach and operational standards.




- Collaborate with channel partners to organize monthly target allocations and run Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activations.
- Review dealer infrastructure, pipeline management, and overall conversion health to drive structural sales efficiency.

4. Market Intelligence & Product Interface

- Keep an active pulse on competitive actions, price trends, new product specifications, and go-to-market strategies.
- Act as a direct line between the local market and the Product Development / Product Management Group (PMG) to feed real-time customer feature expectations back into engineering pipelines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
