- Make outbound calls to existing customers for retention, feedback collection, and relationship management.
- Understand customer concerns, resolve queries, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle objections and provide suitable solutions to retain customers.
- Collect and record customer feedback and update details in the CRM/system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and service continuity.
- Achieve assigned calling targets and retention goals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
