Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Warehouse Operations Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in 3PL warehouse operations. The candidate should have basic hands-on experience in B2B and e-commerce warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics coordination.

The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day warehouse activities, coordinating with warehouse staff, arranging manpower as required, and ensuring smooth operational functioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations

- Handle daily warehouse activities, including inbound, outbound, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Support B2B and e-commerce warehouse operations.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping and operational discipline.

2. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock updates.
- Assist in cycle counts and physical stock audits.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, and shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.

3. WMS & MIS Reporting

- Update daily warehouse transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor basic warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, picking accuracy, and dispatch TAT.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain warehouse trackers.
- Ensure proper documentation of warehouse activities.

4. Manpower Coordination





- Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors for daily activities.
- Arrange and allocate manpower as per operational requirements.
- Monitor workforce productivity and ensure proper task allocation.
- Support the team in achieving daily operational targets.

5. Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for timely dispatch.
- Follow up on pending orders and delivery-related issues.
- Resolve routine operational challenges and escalate major issues to the reporting manager.
- Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse and logistics teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in 3PL warehouse operations.
- Basic hands-on experience in B2B and e-commerce operations.
- Working knowledge of WMS and warehouse operational processes.
- Understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, and dispatch operations.
- Experience in coordinating warehouse manpower and daily activities.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and manage daily activities independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates from Logistics, 3PL, Warehousing, and E-commerce industries.
- Practical understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced operational workplace.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and comfortable handling daily operational challenges.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
