We are looking for energetic, confident and results-oriented Field Sales Executives responsible for acquiring new direct business customers and developing long-term commercial relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new customers across hotels, restaurants, caterers, commercial kitchens, factories, industries and institutional canteens.
- Conduct daily field visits and directly approach business owners, hotel managers and purchase decision-makers.
- Generate leads, understand customer LPG requirements and assess existing supplier arrangements.
- Present company offerings, negotiate commercial terms and close new customer accounts.
- Develop recurring business and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct follow-ups, generate repeat orders and ensure customer retention.
- Maintain accurate customer databases, sales pipelines and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with management for customer meetings, commercial negotiations and credit approvals.
- Achieve individual customer acquisition and monthly sales-volume targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluency in Kannada is essential.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and direct customer interaction.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
- Own two-wheeler preferred,even if not, will be provided.
- Experience in B2B sales, FMCG, HoReCa, hospitality, food distribution or industrial sales preferred.




- Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude & communication are also welcome.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed monthly salary based on experience and applicable statutory requirements.

- Three-month probation period, extendable up to six months based on performance.
