Role Description This is a full-time, on-site WordPress Developer role based in Ludhiana East. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, including themes and plugins, in alignment with project requirements and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include developing front-end layouts, ensuring responsive and accessible design across devices and browsers, and integrating back-end functionality such as custom post types, APIs, and third-party tools. The role involves collaborating with designers and marketers, troubleshooting and optimizing site performance, managing updates and security best practices, and supporting content implementation.



The developer will also participate in planning and estimating tasks, maintaining clear documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of the company's web development standards.
Qualifications

- Strong Front-End Development skills, including Responsive Web Design and modern Web Design principles.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development for WordPress, including custom functionality, plugin configuration, and integration with external services.
- Solid Web Development experience with WordPress themes, child themes, and template hierarchies.
- Comfort working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP in a WordPress environment.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and basic command-line workflows.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization, SEO best practices, and security hardening for WordPress sites.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with page builders (e.g., Elementor, Gutenberg), WooCommerce, or other common WordPress plugins is an advantage.
