Job Description – SCM Manager/Analyst, Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations.

Role overview:

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations Manager to own end-to-end fulfilment.

The role manages outsourced warehousing (3PL) across multiple fulfilment centres, inbound from vendors, B2B and marketplace dispatches, returns, inventory accuracy and logistics cost.

• Location: Bangalore (full-time, Monday to Saturday)

• Experience: 2-3 years in supply chain, warehousing or fulfilment operations, preferably in D2C, fashion or footwear

• Reports to: Head of Planning

• Works closely with: Offline/Online Channel Partners, Finance, Quality Control, Customer Support and 3PL partner teams.

• Knowledge of Uniware platform is preferable.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the 3PL across all fulfilment centres against SLAs for GRN, dispatch,



returns and inventory accuracy; run monthly reviews and enforce claims and penalties.

• Validate 3PL, courier and logistics invoices, and negotiate rates to meet cost-per-order, packaging and B2B cost targets.

• Close vendor inbound to GRN within TAT and resolve PO variances with vendors and QC.

• Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system-vs-physical reconciliation, with

audit-ready month-end reports.

• Run D2C, B2B and marketplace fulfilment: purchase orders, appointments, RTVs, documentation and claims.

• Own returns from pickup to put away, with daily system posting, return-reason capture and lower return loss.

• Track COD remittances and claim settlements with Finance, and support Planning on slow-moving stock and liquidation.

• Maintain SOPs, automate trackers and reports, ensure GST and e-way bill compliance, and lead the operations team.

Skills and qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with WMS/OMS and shipping aggregator platforms

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for trackers and dashboards

• Solid negotiation and partner management

• Data-driven problem solving

• Team leadership and clear written and verbal communication

Good to have: D2C fashion or footwear experience, exposure to automation tools, and a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations, Uniware tool experience.
