The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding suppliers, purchasing scrap tyres, maintaining supplier relationships and coordinating material pickups.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and visit Service Stations, tyre dealers, automobile workshops, Tyre warehouses and Tyre retreading shops,

2. Onboard new suppliers and register them in the company's system.

3. Explain the procurement process and develop robust relationships with suppliers.

4. Inspect scrap tyres and assess their quantity and condition.

5. Negotiate purchase quantities and prices within company guidelines.

6. Collect and verify supplier KYC documents.

7. Maintain supplier records and update visit details.

8. Coordinate tyre pickups with the company's logistics team.

9. Regularly revisit suppliers to maintain relationships and generate repeat business.

10. Identify new supplier opportunities and report market prices and competitor information.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory:

- Fluent in spoken Tamil.

- Working knowledge of English.

- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.

- Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using WhatsApp and basic mobile applications.





- Should be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Should be comfortable with full-day outdoor fieldwork.

Preferred:

- Experience in field sales, procurement or collections.

- Experience dealing with small shops, traders and local businesses.

- Background in tyres, automobile spare parts, batteries, lubricants, scrap or general trading.

- Ability to read and write Tamil.

- Basic numerical skills to understand weights, rates and quantities.

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000.
