- Work experience in Customer Care / Service profile is added advantage
- Fresher’s with valuable communication skills
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi

Responsibility :

- Engage with guests before, during, and after the tour.
- Share analyzed feedback with relevant teams.
- Resolve issues promptly and amicably.
- Take proactive steps to prevent future concerns.
