Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

- Lead procurement activities for cementitious materials and assigned categories.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive annual sourcing plans and establish long-term supply agreements.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of materials to support project requirements.

End-to-End Procurement Management
- Execute the complete procurement cycle including:
- Vendor identification and development
- Request for Quotations (RFQs)
- Bid analysis and evaluation
- Commercial negotiations
- Contract finalization and award

- Ensure procurement activities are completed within agreed timelines.

Market Intelligence & Cost Optimization
- Conduct market research and industry analysis.
- Monitor commodity price movements and market trends.
- Perform supplier benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, value engineering, and process improvements.
- Drive commercial negotiations to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and service standards.

Supplier Relationship Management




- Develop and maintain solid relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance against defined KPIs.
- Identify and develop alternate sources to ensure business continuity and mitigate supply risks.
- Resolve supply, quality, and commercial issues in a timely manner.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with projects, business units, and cross-functional teams.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and priorities.
- Provide procurement expertise and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Support supplier and stakeholder engagements to strengthen partnerships and business outcomes.

Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Maintain compliance with contractual requirements and audit guidelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and procurement governance.
- Support audit reviews and implementation of corrective actions where required.
