Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced Associate Manager – SAP S/4HANA EWM to join our S4 HANA Functional – Delivery team. Based in Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai or Noida, you will drive full‑cycle EWM implementations on S/4HANA, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and optimize warehouse operations for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Lead SAP EWM implementation phases (Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Cutover, Go‑Live) on S/4HANA.
- Configure inbound/outbound processing, putaway, picking, storage types, and warehouse structures.
- Design and manage warehouse orders, waves, and yard management scenarios.
- Integrate EWM with S/4HANA MM, SD, PP, and TM modules.
- Implement Embedded EWM and/or Decentralized EWM solutions.
- Set up and maintain EWM master data (products, packaging specs, handling units, work centers, resources).
- Handle IDocs, RF framework, labor management, and MFS where required.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate ABAP enhancements.
- Support testing activities (unit, integration,



UAT) and resolve defects.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, stabilization, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of hands‑on SAP EWM experience with S/4HANA exposure.
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations on S/4HANA.
- Solid functional knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse layout optimization.
- Expertise in handling units (HU) and RF transaction processing.
- Mandatory experience with S/4HANA Embedded EWM.
- Proven ability to integrate EWM with MM, SD, PP, and TM modules.
- Experience with warehouse orders, waves, yard management, and MFS is a plus.
- Solid understanding of logistics best practices and warehouse business processes.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with business and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; SAP certification preferred.
