Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5PM (PST), convert to PH time will be 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Base Salary: $1,200 to $1,500 USD/month

A US-based B2B software company is hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to keep its email campaigns accurate, compliant, and on schedule, and its marketing database clean.

About the role
You will be the execution backbone of the marketing operations team. You will build and deploy email programs, keep the database in good shape, and support day-to-day work in HubSpot and Salesforce so the wider marketing team can launch campaigns on time and with confidence. You will also explain technical topics clearly to non-technical teammates. Candidates should be ready to share specific examples of their own hands-on work with the tools and tasks listed on their resume.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years in Marketing Operations, campaign operations, or email marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience executing email campaigns and nurture programs
- Solid working proficiency in HubSpot and hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Careful, process-driven approach to QA, data accuracy, and documentation
- Working knowledge of GDPR and CAN-SPAM requirements
- Basic understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene,



and sender reputation monitoring
- Strong written and verbal English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

- HubSpot Marketing Hub certification

Responsibilities

- Build, QA, and deploy emails, nurture programs, and landing page assets in HubSpot
- Manage the email send calendar and maintain scalable email and form templates
- Monitor bounces, spam complaints, and sender reputation, flag issues early, and follow IP warming and list hygiene best practices
- Run routine database audits covering lead validation, deduplication, and standardization
- Handle list imports, audience segmentation, and suppression lists
- Support GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance, including unsubscribe and suppression management
- Work the marketing operations request queue and run QA checks before every send
- Flag HubSpot to Salesforce sync issues and follow them through to resolution
- Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation
- Pull campaign performance and database reports from standard dashboards and prepare data for the team to analyze
- Work with Sales Ops, web development, front-end, and demand generation teams on lead routing, asset readiness, and campaign intake
