- Assistant Technical Manager
2. Manage / frontend day-to-day technical operations,
3. Manage effective PPMs / AMCs,
4. Manage the availability, life cycle management, health and performance of MEP equipment and systems as per design,
5. Manage utility services and associated billing / reporting,
6. Manage tenant fitouts / civil and building works,
- Manage incidents / problems / escalations / feedback,
8. Manage technical breakdowns followed by repairs (both corrective and reactive actions),
- Maintain high standards of customer touch points and customer experience,
10.Manage enhanced energy / water / waste management,
11.Ensure quick turn around time for all the associated works
