Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned applications, business processes, and testing practices.

Quickly understand functional modules, integrations, dependencies, and business workflows to guide the team effectively.

Provide technical leadership on test design, test coverage, defect analysis, debugging, and validation approaches.

Possess working knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and automation frameworks/tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Cucumber, etc.

Drive test automation adoption and identify opportunities to improve test efficiency and coverage.

Mentor team members through domain knowledge sharing and technical guidance.

Lead test planning,



execution, defect management, risk assessment, and change impact analysis to ensure quality deliverables.

Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring timely and effective communication with Test Manager, customers, and stakeholders in accordance with established communication SLAs.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging up-to-date technologies in testing and day-to-day test activities.

Exposure to communication and connectivity technologies such as Zig Bee, Matter, 4G/LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or similar protocols will be considered an added advantage.
