We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR solutions and a proven track record of implementing Success Factors to help organizations optimize their HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Conducting needs assessments and providing solutions based on client requirements.
- Implementing and configuring SAP Success Factors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Learning Management.
- Providing training and support to end-users on Success Factors functionalities.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Success Factors applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-12 years of experience in SAP Success Factors implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP Success Factors modules, particularly Employee Central and Performance Management.
- Experience with data migration and integration with other SAP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
