Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Executive Field Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in bulk hiring, blue-collar recruitment, hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for high-volume roles across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.

- Source candidates for blue-collar roles such as delivery executives, warehouse staff, drivers, helpers, and field sales executives.

- Traveling across the region to build Tie Ups with Govt Colleges and Conduct Work drives

- Handle on-demand workforce requirements.

- Conduct field recruitment activities including job camps, walk-ins, and local sourcing drives.

- Partner with local vendors, placement agencies, and job portals to generate candidate pipelines.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.





- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports.

- Ensure target-based hiring within defined timelines.

- Build robust local networks to support continuous hiring needs.

Requirements

Required Skills:

- Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.

- Strong understanding of blue-collar and gig workforce hiring.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Familiarity with local job markets and sourcing channels.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools.

Preferred Attributes:

1–3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Willingness to travel locally for field hiring activities.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
