Job Purpose
Drive delivery governance across assigned IT initiatives by owning sprint prioritization, maintaining the integrated delivery plan, coordinating capacity and resource tracking, monitoring execution and release readiness, preparing management review materials, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting and governance evidence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum required Accountabilities for this role
• Own sprint prioritization by consolidating business priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery constraints with stakeholders.
• Create, baseline and maintain the integrated delivery plan covering milestones, sprint commitments, dependencies, releases and critical paths.
• Coordinate sprint execution with the SDM, Developers and QA; track progress, blockers, actions and recovery plans while the SDM remains accountable for delivery outcomes.
• Lead capacity and resource planning, maintain demand-versus-capacity views, and highlight skill or allocation gaps for timely resolution.
• Coordinate release readiness and deployment activities, ensuring approvals, dependencies, communications and evidence are complete.
• Prepare periodic review presentations and dashboards; present an accurate delivery narrative covering status, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions required.
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, governance calendars, decision records and delivery documentation.
• Support audit and governance reviews by coordinating artifacts, tracking observations and ensuring closure of agreed actions.

• Facilitate cross-functional forums with Architects, SDMs, Developers, QA, business stakeholders and partner teams.
• Track architecture, non-functional requirement, quality and production-readiness dependencies without assuming technical design accountability.
• Escalate schedule, scope, capacity, quality and dependency risks with explicit impact and recommended actions.
• Drive consistent governance practices, transparent reporting and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
• Recommend sprint priorities and sequencing based on value, dependencies, delivery risk and available capacity.
• Establish planning and reporting cadence, governance checkpoints and escalation routes.
• Escalate variances and recommend recovery, re-planning or resource actions; final technical and delivery decisions remain with accountable role owners.|Supports delivery financial tracking, partner effort visibility and budget variance reporting, as applicable; no direct financial approval authority unless delegated.

• Maintaining a reliable integrated plan when scope, estimates, release dates or stakeholder priorities change.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Management or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of project and program governance, Agile delivery, sprint planning, release management and software delivery lifecycles.
• Proficiency in integrated planning, milestone and dependency tracking, capacity planning, RAID management and executive reporting.
• Hands-on capability with planning, work-management, presentation and reporting tools; experience with Azure Boards, Jira or equivalent platforms is preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, analytical and escalation-management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe or relevant PMO certification is desirable.
Work Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, program governance or technology delivery planning.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining integrated plans, coordinating multiple delivery teams, preparing leadership reviews and supporting release and audit governance.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external technology partners in a matrixed environment.
