Seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to drive brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, influencer management, product coordination, shipment tracking, and campaign execution. This role requires a blend of creativity, coordination, and analytical skills to ensure successful social media initiatives and brand growth. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Management • Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms. • Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives. • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators for timely content development. • Write compelling captions, social media copy, and campaign messaging. • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics. Influencer & Creator Coordination • Identify and onboard relevant influencers and content creators. • Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns including outreach, product dispatch,



content approvals, and performance tracking. • Build and maintain solid relationships with influencers and agency partners. • Track campaign deliverables and ensure timely execution. Product Coordination & Shipment Tracking • Coordinate product dispatches for influencer collaborations, shoots, and marketing campaigns. • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of products to influencers and partners. • Maintain records of product inventories allocated for marketing activities. • Follow up with logistics partners and vendors regarding shipment status and returns. Campaign Execution & Reporting • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotional activities. • Monitor campaign effectiveness and generate performance reports. • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, and conversions. • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
