Key Responsibilities
1. Create detailed 3D models, rendered layouts, and photorealistic visualizations for coworking spaces and commercial interior projects.
2. Develop 3D concepts for reception areas, cabins, workstations, meeting rooms, lounges, cafeterias, and common areas.
3. Understand client requirements and translate them into practical, visually appealing, and functional interior design concepts.
4. Prepare realistic renders with expertise in lighting, materials, textures, furniture, and finishes.
5. Coordinate with the Design Manager to develop and refine 3D concepts in line with project requirements.
6. Incorporate design changes based on client feedback, management inputs, and project specifications.
