Qualification and Work Experience: •
Graduate in any stream, with experience in accounting and finance OR Commerce graduate (Banking & Finance)
• At least 2+ years of experience in training in the BFSI domain along with knowledge of Finance & Accounts.
Prerequisites: -
• Stronghold in the Banking domain with fair knowledge of Accounting and Finance
• Excellent training delivery skills both online and offline.
• Hands-on use or quick learning of internal tools/ systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
• Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude
• Commitment and ownership • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
• Willingness to keep abreast of current techniques in training
