We are looking for an experienced SRE Production Support Engineer with robust expertise in production support, OpenShift cloud environments, application monitoring, and troubleshooting. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Tomcat, Python scripting, Splunk, OpenTelemetry, and basic networking concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide production support for business-critical applications and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Monitor application performance, system health, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure-related issues.
- Work with OpenShift environments to support cloud-native applications and deployments.
- Manage application server activities and troubleshooting using Apache Tomcat.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate operational tasks.
- Monitor logs, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting using Splunk.




- Implement and support application observability using OpenTelemetry.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity, DNS, and communication issues.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and cloud teams to maintain production stability.
