We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai. This full-time position requires individuals with a passion for travel and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Consultation: Interact with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing tailored travel solutions.

- Travel Itinerary Planning for Domestic & International;: Create detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities, ensuring an enjoyable experience for clients.

- Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel bookings, making reservations and confirmations, while managing changes or cancellations as needed.

- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and packages to offer relevant advice and maximize client satisfaction. Negotiating with vendors/DMC

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of experience in the travel industry,



with strong communication skills to effectively assist clients. An ability to work independently and within a team is essential. Familiarity with travel booking systems and an understanding of various travel destinations will be advantageous. A minimum education level of 12th pass is required. Candidates must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset to succeed in this role.
