Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the O2C team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Oversee cash application processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in posting payments to customer accounts.
Manage collections activities, including contacting customers for payment, resolving disputes, and maintaining customer relationships.
Analyze and report on cash application and collections metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
