Roles & Responsibilities :

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for the department ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Develop and manage the departments budget including forecasting financial performance and providing insights for budgetary adjustments.

Monitor and control departmental expenses ensuring expenditures align with the budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard departmental assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.

Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making including variance analysis.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations company policies and accounting standards and support audits as needed.





Work closely with other departments and management to provide financial insights and support strategic planning.

Qualifications :

Educational qualification:

Bachelors/Master Degree in Business Accounting Finance or related discipline

Experience :

Minimum 2 to 3 years accounting experience in a accounting or financial management role.

Impeccable analytical and organizational skills

Self-motivated and self-directed

Ability to work closely with a management team
