AmberFlux builds AI products for itself & for customers. We are a small but growing company focused on delivering usable AI apps that are business-focused. We have delivered custom-built LLMs, AI agents etc. for multiple enterprises. We work in healthcare, manufacturing, power and tech sectors and serve clients in the USA from India.

We currently have multiple open positions, especially in healthcare and healthcare insurance. Given the sensitivity of customer data, all these roles are in-office (no work from home or remote) and based in Hyderabad

AI Data Scientist

Collaborate with senior data scientists to develop, test, and improve AI/ML models supporting healthcare operations and intelligent workflows.

Experience Required: 3–5 years of hands-on AI/ML development.

Key skills

· Python, Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn and PyTorch

· Machine learning, statistical analysis and model evaluation

· LLMs, RAG, agentic AI and model fine-tuning

· Experimentation, feature engineering and performance optimization

· Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work with experienced U.S.-based AI research teams
Knowledge of HIPPA, ePHI etc
