Role Description The Store Helper is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. Responsibilities include assisting customers on the shop floor, answering basic product questions, and guiding customers to the right sections. The role involves stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and helping with inventory counts. The Store Helper supports cash counter operations by organizing products, preparing items for billing, and ensuring smooth customer flow. This role also includes coordinating with other team members,



following store policies, and assisting with basic training of new helpers when needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact politely and clearly with customers and team members.
Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills and basic Organization Skills to manage products, displays, and stock efficiently.
Candidates should possess Training and mentoring abilities to help guide new team members in daily store tasks.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise safely, and follow safety and hygiene standards.
Basic numeracy and attention to detail for handling products, labels, and inventory records.
Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service.
