Job Description
Build and maintain software solutions for business needs.
Write explicit, reliable code that supports everyday system use.
Have end to end ownership
Review and fix issues to keep applications running smoothly.
Work with Technology teams to understand and deliver requirements.
Test software changes before release to reduce errors.
Improve existing features based on user and business needs.
Document code changes and technical processes clearly.
Help maintain secure systems for Recruitment operations





The Successful Applicant
4 years of software development experience

Robust coding and problem-solving skills

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices

Experience with AI/ML applications, LLMs, or GenAI is a plus

Active Git Hub profile or open-source contributions preferred

Demonstrated ownership and ability to independently build and ship products
