As a Process Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team members are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs focused on process training, communication skills, and voice & accent training.
Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet the specific requirements of different teams.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make improvements as necessary.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and development.




Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement training solutions accordingly.
Maintain training records and documentation to track employee progress and training outcomes.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Process Trainer or similar role in the BPO industry.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate learners.
Familiarity with training methodologies and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in creating training materials and presentations.
