Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of systems.

The engineer works closely with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of daily activities, ensuring seamless user experiences and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME,



collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to optimize application configurations and streamline release management processes.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support skilled growth.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Dev Ops.
Robust understanding of Microsoft Sentinel
Experience with IaC tools and Bicep.

Experience with Python/Power Shell
Experience with cloud-based deployment and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
Strong understanding of Defender portal and monitoring/remediation.
Nice to have: Logic Apps knowledge
Cross-tenant security and incident handling
Networking +ITIL

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Dev Ops.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
