We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of building systems and facilities, particularly in residential settings. This role requires a proactive approach to building management and maintenance, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment, addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with property management to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Respond to maintenance requests from residents and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs,



and inspections.
Assist in the management of external contractors and service providers as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of building management systems and maintenance practices.
Experience in residential maintenance and familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid communication skills to interact effectively with residents and management.
