This is a pure sales role. You will handle tour package enquiries that come in by phone and from walk-in customers at our office, understand what each customer wants, and close the sale. You will work towards a monthly sales target and earn a share of the profit on every sale you close.

Key responsibilities
Answer incoming phone enquiries promptly and professionally
Welcome walk-in customers and families at the office and understand their travel needs
Present suitable tour packages and explain inclusions, prices and options clearly
Follow up on every enquiry by phone and WhatsApp until it is closed
Negotiate and close sales, collect advance payments and confirm bookings
Meet or exceed the monthly sales target
Keep an up-to-date record of enquiries, follow-ups and closed sales
Coordinate with the operations team so that bookings are handed over correctly
Build positive relationships with customers to bring repeat business and referrals

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
