As a BPO Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and providing exceptional service in an international voice process environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
Document all customer interactions and maintain records as required.
