Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team for Insurance Product Sales. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills and an interest in customer interaction, sales, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance solutions.
Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Explain insurance benefits, features, and policy details clearly.




Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
