The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical coding principles and practices, particularly in evaluation and management (e/m) coding, as well as certification as a Qualified Coder (CPC). As a Medical Coder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate coding of medical records, which is essential for proper billing and reimbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze medical records to assign appropriate codes for diagnoses and procedures.
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations, including e/m coding standards.
