Job Description

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented candidates for the Agency Channel in the Insurance sector.

The selected candidates will be responsible for onboarding, developing, and managing agency partners to drive business growth through effective relationship management and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new agency partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
Support agency partners in achieving assigned business targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups and business development activities.
Provide product information, training, and necessary support to partners.
Generate business through effective channel development.
Monitor partner performance and ensure business growth.

Candidate Profile
Any Graduate from a recognized university.




04 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Relationship Management.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
