Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and referrals.
Use AI tools to write job descriptions, build Boolean search strings, screen resumes and draft candidate outreach.
Speak with candidates every day to present roles, check suitability and coordinate interviews.
Keep candidate pipelines accurate and submit a daily activity report.




Follow up with candidates through to offer and joining.

Graduate or final-year student available full time.
Tech-related education such as B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc IT or Computer Science.
A certification in Artificial Intelligence from a recognised program.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Confident on calls and comfortable talking to professionals.
Uses AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini every day.
Own laptop and a reliable internet connection.
Available to join immediately.
