Role - Network SME

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Notice period – Immediate joiner

WFO: Mandatory 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Strong networking background with hands-on experience in routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.

• Extensive experience managing and troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks across multiple vendor platforms, including Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and MikroTik.

• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues in enterprise and service provider settings.

• Experience in designing and implementing network architectures, topologies, and infrastructure solutions.

• Solid knowledge of Network Management Systems (NMS), SNMP, network monitoring, and performance management tools.

• Expertise in network security, redundancy, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts.





• Ability to analyse network performance and recommend optimization strategies.

• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in network engineering, implementation, and operations.

• Relevant networking certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, JNCIE, or equivalent certifications.

Valuable to Have

• Knowledge of RF/Wireless or Microwave Networking Technologies.

• Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, Shell Scripting, etc.).

• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SD-WAN technologies.
