We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead - Record to Report to join our finance team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the record to report process, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting. This role is pivotal in overseeing the month-end closing activities, managing the general ledger, and ensuring the integrity of fixed assets and lease accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the record to report team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Oversee month-end closing processes, ensuring all entries are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
Manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Supervise fixed assets accounting, ensuring proper capitalization and depreciation processes are followed.
Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards and manage lease-related transactions.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in financial reporting.
Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
