Job Summary (Recruitment Trainee Staffing & Recruitment, Chennai)

Role involves hands-on exposure to live client manpower requirements across FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, NAPS/TPA, and high-volume recruitment projects.
Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, screening, and mobilization using Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and WhatsApp.
Support posting job openings, managing candidate responses, and coordinating interviews and follow-ups.
Assist with joining and onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Contribute to recruitment automation, including chatbot-based communication.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and basic Excel reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of client hiring needs.
Targeted at MBA/PGDM (Marketing) freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Digital marketing certification is a plus.
Role requires valuable communication and coordination skills, and an interest in staffing and recruitment.
