Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Employment: Full time
Key Requirements:
3+ years of QA experience in International Travel Sales / Airline Ticketing.
Solid knowledge of international airfare, fare rules, refunds, cancellations & ticketing.
Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
Experience in call monitoring, quality audits, scorecards & feedback.
Robust understanding of sales techniques, objection handling & upselling.
Amadeus / Sabre / Travelport knowledge will be an advantage.
Important: Candidates must have relevant Quality Analyst experience in International Travel Sales or Airline Ticketing. Non-relevant QA profiles will not be preferred.
